Workplace Services- Network Engineering & IT- We are looking for an IT Manager for the APAC region to join our growing Global Workplace Services (GWS) Team.

- In this role you will own the IT Support team in the APAC region and work cross-collaboratively with the Manager of AV Infrastructure & Operations to support Audio Visual (AV) services with both remote and on-site AV engineers. You will report to the Head of Workplace IT and collaborate closely with both internal and external partners in delivering excellent IT Services and Support in APAC.

What You'll Do
- Be accountable for the Workplace IT delivery in APAC, ensuring that our Global IT strategy and services are being delivered according to agreed scope, quality and cost
- Drive and participate in local initiatives to improve end user experience.
- Ensure that the delivery follows IT service catalogs, policies and guidelines
- Ensure that vendors in scope are being managed and that internal and external SLAs are met
- Establish and follow routines for budgeting, forecasting and cost follow-up
- Establish and maintain close collaboration with team members
- Secure that your team is working in tight collaboration and alignment with Workplace IT Leads and their teams
- You will set goals and direction for your team that align with GWS and Workplace IT goals and priorities
- You will transform your team into more proactive ways of working where vendor management, project management and proactive life cycle management are key
- You will develop your team's ability to deliver a positive impact on the business and the teams around you
- You strengthen your team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- Participate in the Design & Build phase in new office builds and securing handover to IT

Who You Are
- Given the small size of your team, we expect you to have strong hands-on operational capabilities combined with a strategic approach
- You have proven experience with regards to IT Management in an agile environment
- You have managerial experience within IT, e.g., Support teams, Engineers, Vendor Managers and Project Managers and experience of implementing IT strategies, guidelines and routines for a demanding high tech company
- You are experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams
- You are excited by delivering user relevant solutions with a service approach
- You have experience from global support models and sourcing
- You possess relevant degree or certificates in IT
- You are proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience from having worked in APAC is beneficial
- You are an engaging communicator and leader
- As much as you have technical skills with regards to IT you are also a people person that can navigate with a high variety of team members
- You are a phenomenal teammate that is passionate about working in a collaborative and transparent way
