We are looking for a Director of Workplace, APAC, to lead Operations across our Asia Pacific region who will be focussed on the business strategy, stakeholder engagement, talent development, and data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing regional strategies, processes, and best practices that will improve employee experiences in our hybrid environment. This will require partnership with key business stakeholders to understand their plans and strategies and the ability to translate those findings to space, services, and program requirements.

You will oversee a team responsible for service delivery of facility and property management, 3rd party vendor management, programs, and projects. You will establish strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business, including Global Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, HR, and Communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand regional business strategies and translate them to Workplace requirements, with the objective to deliver necessary space and services proactively.
- Active participation with the regional leadership team, contributing to the development of the regional business.
- Directly manage & develop a team to create synergy across the region and deliver consistent levels of employee experience.
- Management responsibility for the development & execution of the Regional operational plans, strategies, and budgets.
- Oversee the delivery of workplace services (includes facility management, transportation, food services, events, space management, office services, small project management) for LinkedIn’s Asia Pacific region.
- Participate in the development and delivery of best-in-class sustainability and wellness objectives, including carbon reduction, zero waste, and other resource conservation initiatives.
- Operate as the liaison cross-functionally for all Workplace Services initiatives in the region.
- Proactively stay informed of industry trends and other relevant factors that affect workplace effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations
- 5+ years of experience in people management
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Financial management, specifically budget planning, accrual accounting, and reconciliations.
- Contract management and negotiation
- Microsoft Smart Sheets, Project, Visio, and AutoCAD, mechanical, electrical, network, and audio-visual systems operations
- BMS, security control, and emergency response systems
- Process and communications with emergency response and business continuity
- Relevant experience leading projects
- Relevant certifications including but not limited to CFM, MCR, SLCR, etc.; or PMP Certification or relevant experience leading projects, or LEED Certification in building design and construction, interior design and construction, building operations and maintenance.
