Singapore FY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

FY Engineering Pte Ltd. Founded in 2012, majors in developing and producing construction machinery, manufacturing and marketing of construction equipment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to help drive our sales operations and provide outstanding support to our sales team.

Order processing
- Handle the processing of all orders (SO, PO, DO) with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with both internal and external parties regarding order processing.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- International shipment arrangement. (By sea and by air)
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Monitor customer payment status & support sales team on collection.

Warehousing and Stock Take
- Maintain accuracy of physical stock & software
- Assist warehouse personnel in handling warehousing operation

Reporting
- Generate sales, purchase, and stock related reports upon request

Others
- Any others ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field (SCM) is required for this position.
- Working experience in wholesale industry required
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediate or short notice period
