**Overview**
- Work under the direction of Chief Operating Officer
- Development of quality and excellence standards and process improvements
- Develop a disciplined and action-based culture of continuous improvement and accountability to improve key metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects, prioritised by the executive leadership team, through all phases of the process improvement lifecycle using appropriate business improvement and/or lean methodologies
- Develop expertise in industry best practices and propose implementation approaches based on proactive research and develop strong case study
- Review processes of bottlenecks to propose if there is a possibility to improve or solve
**Key Responsibilities**
**Venue Audit and Mystery Diner**
- Lead and perform regular/quarterly internal audits according to company audit cycles
- Tracking all internal audits and external mystery diners' results and follow up with respective stakeholder on performance, recommendation and action plan
- Monitoring, tracking and making recommendations or improvement on audits and mystery diner policy and procedures during yearly review cycle
**Project Management - Pre-Opening / Projects**
- Working closely with business/operations head/partner and finance on CAPEX/Fitting out budget by using company template to understand business profitability prior to committing to new site
- Work closely with business/operations head/partner on sharing of best practices on pre-opening with using Master Countdown Calendar, having resources inform on Consultants, Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors and vendors to support on respective business needs
- Work closely with the Procurement department on tenders for ID, constructions and vendors
- Work closely with respective stakeholder on planning, tracking and reminding all departments and person in charge on all timeline and financial budget vs actual
**Leasing**
- Work with respective stakeholder/s in sourcing for potential site for brand expansion based on business plan
- Keep an update a master contact list of real estate agents and landlord for leasing opportunities
- Responsible for rental and terms negotiation with respective landlord or govt agencies
- Proper housekeep of As-built drawings, renders, autocads, SCDF submissions
- Filing of legal documents such as tenancy/variation/novation agreement, stamp duty, proper certifications like Fire Safety Cert
**Delivery Platform**
- Lead and investigate ways to negotiate the best delivery partner deals
- Work on quarterly business report for respective business clusters and make recommendation on best business practice to respective stakeholder
- Look into opportunities on technology partners for integration to improve on Operations data collection for Operations Metric and Efficiency
**Ops Tech and Systems**
- Look into tech solutions to improve and support operations (Not exclusive to R&M, forms or process software)
- Lead, negotiate and recommend the best solutions to operations
**POS System**
- POS solutions evaluation and recommendation,User/Employee Authorization and Update Protocol
**Table Management System & Customer Feedback Platform**
- Constantly investigate and look into the improvement of UX (both internal and external) to collect actionable data to support Operations Metrics and improvement
- Work with vendor on dashboard that supports overview based on Operations Metrics
- Review of guests’ feedback channel, platform and template of action plan required
**Operations Training**
- Work closely with Training Department in development of tools and frameworks that support the development of operational goals, objectives, policies and procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with Training Department to increase and improve current outlet SOP to be an add on as part of pre-opening requirement
- Work with Marketing on setting up Uniform Guideline, Concept Brief & FAQs templates
- Work with Operations to ensure every concept/outlet has Food Menu Plating and Beverage Recipe Guide Template, how to prepare what are key importance in product knowledge
**Job Requirement**
- Degree or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality is preferred
- Minimum 5 years related work experience in hotel or food and beverage concepts of which 3 years must be in a senior managerial capacity
