DESIGNATION : Head, Operational Excellence (FCF)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and document operating systems and procedures for the different formats in FCF in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Develop operational capabilities across the FCF network through appropriate design, training, audit and corrective follow-up
- Systematize training and development for each role in FCF
- Develop and implement plans to enhance operational excellence
- Instill operational excellence, data culture and FPG ways of working
- Enforce audits to ensure compliance to systems and standards
- Reporting key performance metrics and development status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 7 to 10 year(s) of working experience in F&B or service-related industries
- Basic familiarity with facilities management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to create systems and structure
- Proficiency in GSuite or Microsoft Office, and management systems (e.g. ERP, POS, Labour Management System, etc.)
- Data literate and highly numerate
