To meet this goal, we are looking to hire Head of Operations Excellence with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to lead a team of program managers & own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations, and supply chain projects.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish standards for supply chain, product fulfillment, and delivery.
- Performing process analysis, design and improvement initiatives.
- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes.
- Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.

The leader will lead a team, cross-functional programs and projects related to under-the-roof process analysis, standardization and improvement as well as Learning & Development across Fresh, Amazon.sg FC / External Fulfillment and Delivery.
He/She will be responsible for local initiatives as well as prioritization, planning and execution of global tech features and process rollouts in Singapore. This role will work closely with our field teams (FC, DS), supply chain, engineering, procurement and be the Singapore Ops interface for new initiatives as well as worldwide Operations Integration and ACES programs.
Strong verbal and written communication, the ability to lead cross-functional programs with a variety of stakeholders, data and process analysis and improvement are key competencies for this role. A hands-on mentality and empathy are keys to success in this role.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
