Company Overview: We are an international and rapidly growing skin care company in Singapore. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our office in Singapore, overseeing both HR and administrative functions.

Job Overview: As the Head of Operations (Singapore), you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and alignment with our strategic goals. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong HR and administrative experience, as well as excellent managerial and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Management:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's overall goals.
Manage employee performance, training, and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Office Administration:Supervise and coordinate administration, ensuring efficient operation of office processes and procedures.

Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to optimize resource allocation.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team player:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans and objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on operational improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and process optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of operations.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR and administrative functions.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's overall strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Solid experience in office administration, facilities management, and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
