
Outbound Call Associate Front Desk Support

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defence and public security sector.
With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Outbound Call Associate cum Front Desk Support to join their organisation.

- Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey, telemarketing activities
- Meet and achieve individual and company’s key performance indicators
- Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes
- Listen to customer’s needs, probe to redirect the intent of the question and offer alternative solutions
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
- Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance
- Flexible to be deployed to various locations around Singapore
- Identify, profile and tier customers to the types of services that are relevant to their needs
- Ensure smooth customer transactions at all times and provide quality customer services
- Perform administrative duties, manage appointments and register customers
- Prepare room logistics and necessary materials
- Other duties assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

- Min. GCE O Levels
- Prior experience in outbound call and front desk management is an added advantage
- Excellence in customer service delivery
- Prior knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual and in a team
- Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to travel to multiple locations around Singapore
**Additional details**
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm and/or 8.30am - 5.30pm | Alt. Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
