**Human Resources Administration**
- Assist in Employment Certification Letters
- Staff Pass Printing & Replacement
- Medical & Panel Clinic Administration including checking of Invoices
**Record keeping and HR Information Systems**
- Assist in Updating of Employee Records in Workday and HRIS
- Assist in enrolling Employee’s in company’s group insurance benefits portal
**MOM Regulatory Requirement Duties**
- Renewal of Expiring Work Passes
- Foreign Worker Address Update
- Monthly Housing Audit Checks
- Regulated Medical Examinations (Blood Test, Plasma Bromide) - Every 6 months
- NEA/Fumigation License Application, Renewal (Operations Related)
**Course Registration for ITE NEA/ Driving License (Operations Related)**
- Registration and Administration of ITE NEA Course
- Registration and Driving License Conversion/Renewal
**Employee Engagement and Wellness**
- Engagement and Wellness Events (New Year, Hari Raya Puasa)
- Annual Long Service Awards
- Corporate Social Responsibility Activities
- Year End Appreciation Event
- Other Benefits Administration: Garden by the Bay, GV movie vouchers, New Born Baby
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in the field of Business, Human Resources, or relevant industry experience
- ** Min 2 years relevant experience in HR functions and administrative role**:
- Working knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
- Willing to multitask and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Good computer skills
