**Operations Co-ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the operations team in the planning, execution and development of the assigned projects
- To assist team with the management of floor plans, layouts, and update event manuals
- To assist team in the management of daily operation activities as well as provide administrative support pre-event & on-site (e.g. sourcing for products, getting quotes, registration of contractors, compilation of required information, attending to enquiries, etc)
- With guidance from team members, work with vendors, stand contractors, freight forwarders, utilities and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution onsite
- Supporting adhoc duties for operations and/or project team when needed and approved by the Operations Director
- Dynamic and energetic by nature, you thrive working under intense pressure to deliver the show results.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
- Prior experience in administrative support or event management will be advantageous
- Versatile, independent and able to multitask
- Be very well organized, meticulous and innovative
- Demonstrated good teamwork and organizing skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $3,300.00 per month
