**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are hiring a dynamic People & Ops Officer to manage HR functions and daily office operations. This role requires someone who can align people strategies with business goals and ensure smooth, compliant operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support performance management and engagement initiatives
- Handle HR policies, compliance, and daily office operations
- Coordinate training, development, and employee relations
- Use HR data to improve efficiency and drive decisions
**Requirements**:
- Degree/diploma in HR or Business Admin
- 5+ years of HR/Operations experience
- Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
