HR Administrative Staff

This HR admin staff will be providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employees' inquiries on ESS (HR IT system) portal during clinic sessions.
- Process and administer access card rights to employees.
- Handle foreign labour's matters.
- Respond to MOM surveys and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Handle staff welfare matters e.g. gift preparation for birthdays and special occasions.
- Process invoices and expense claims.
- Manage and replenish office stationery.
- Any other HR administrative work as assigned by reporting officer.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Diploma holders in business and other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business office/human resource administration and operations especially in foreign workforce matters
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Responsive, willing to take initiative and high ability to problem solve
- Passion and compassion to work in social services sector
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
