**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research, training vendors’ evaluation, customisation, designing and development of training interventions
- Conceptualise and implement the collection and analysis of evaluation data pertaining to learners’ behaviour
- Implement Modular Training Framework by consulting with stakeholders on creation and maintenance of Learning Pathways/Tracks
- Conceptualise and operationalise the Organisational Leadership Framework
- Work with various stakeholders to review, establish, develop and operationalise competency frameworks for guiding L&D
- Execute annual training plan, programs and schemes, and ensure timely implementation within budget according to approved calendar
- Monitor training evaluation and feedback through various channels
- Perform data analytics and reporting on training enrolments, operations and other activities
- Update and set up competency frameworks and systems to facilitate L&D discussion, enrolment and allocation
- Implement process/continuous improvements using automation tools, through reviewing job redesign, implementation of self-service capability
- Provide support to division heads in developing talents
- Assist People Director with Talent Management, Succession Planning
- Execute Employee Survey, orientation programmes and new learning implementation and initiatives
- Review and update L&D policies
- Oversee proper documentation and content for vendor management
- Maintain records, documentation and database for programmes/initiatives
- Schedule and manage learning calendar, track and communicate workshop attendance
- Assist in company events and handle logistic arrangements
- Execute any other ad-hoc assignment

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline
- At least 7 years of relevant L&D experience
- Experience in conceptualising and implementing leadership and talent development framework
- Full ACTA qualification and/or education industry experience an added advantage
