DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, Operations (2-yr contract), Lee Kong Chian School of Business
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with teaching contracts management
- Support the hiring process for student helper/technical assistant; from sourcing and appointment to payment
- Assist with the procurement and preparation of course materials including requisition of cases/simulations
- Support the team with examination preparation and invigilation
- Assist with venue booking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Service-oriented attitude towards work responsibilities
- Able to liaise with instructors, colleagues, and students professionally
- Attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with a flair for writing
- Team player
- Ability to work on occasional weekends and weekdays’ evening
