**Key Deliverables**:
The Program Manager will be a key player in the management of university-level recruiting efforts to hire top Bachelors, Master’s, and PhD talent and develop university recruitment programs for Edwards. It’s an exciting opportunity to help expand and develop our world class university recruitment programs.
This individual will be responsible for managing internal and external relationships with target universities, key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations, as well as with hiring managers and other key stakeholders within Edwards.
**University Recruiting Programs**:
Maintain pipeline of professional talent for rotational and direct hire university programs, as well as Internships and Co-Ops
Plan and execute Summer Immersion Program elements for Interns/Co-Ops
Manage fall and spring campus recruiting events and interviews
Develop recruitment strategies and university programs to address organizational talent gaps
Manage vendor services to ensure services are in keeping with expected service levels, assuring that contracted work is fulfilled, and identifying issues for escalation
**Design and manage campus recruiting**:
Develop and maintain annual campus recruitment calendar and university events
Campus branding events (club meetings, networking events, information sessions)
Establish strong partnerships at target universities
Assist in Diversity and Inclusion recruitment strategies and sponsorship of student organizations
Coordinate career fairs and attend as necessary
Organize on campus interviews
Lead industry tours
Facilitate onboarding process for Interns and new graduates
Create strategic initiatives to improve university recruitment process
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Leaders
Prepare communications and branding vehicles that position Edwards to be an employer of choice for new graduates by:
Managing external communications to promote events and job postings
Determining appropriate branding material and messaging per event
Promoting program value proposition and involving internal stakeholders and hiring managers
**Role Requirements**:
Excellence in full lifecycle strategy development for early in career / graduate hiring
Regional Experience and track record in managing multi-countries programs in the area of early in career hiring and university relations
Key stakeholder engagement and partnerships (Hiring Managers, Campus Representatives, University Relationship Facilitation, leadership team, etc.)
University/School Selection & engagement
Tiering of engagement at target schools by region and function
**University Relations Events timing and planning**: Career Fairs, Information Sessions or Tech Talks, Panels, Networking Events, Diversity Events, Coffee Chats, Conferences
**Onboarding Experiences**: Edwards Onboarding, BU Onboarding, Functional Onboarding, Mentorship, etc.
**Program Metrics and Reporting**: Hiring goals vs actual hires, Conversion/Placement %, Diversity, Career Progression, etc.
Ability to influence and drive for results will be key competency as the UR function is launched and grows over time
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field
8 years of previous related talent acquisition programs experience required
**Other**: Experience working in a large manufacturing company preferred
**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English
Proven successful project management skills
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and talent acquisition systems
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Excellent leadership and negotiating skills and ability to influence and implement change
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
