**Purpose of the Job**
- Provide administrative and data management support to the Competence Development Dept.
- Support Retail Development department in some market intelligence or analytic work.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Check existing training material in UD Course library and update the training material in accordance with UD brand guideline.
- Assist to manage the Training Database and the Learning Management System.
- Conduct market intelligence on dealer network, assist in collating information for further data analytics in the area of retail development topics.
- Perform secondary research to collate information on training vendors and retail development topics.

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Structured and analytical mind-set
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn
- A self-starter, highly motivated, 'get-the-job-done' attitude
- Good knowledge in MS Applications (e.g. M.S. ACCESS, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD)
- Literacy in MS 365 software
- Able to speak and write in English fluently to fulfill job duties
- Preferred Education: Undergraduate students or Polytechnic student in Business Studies/ Marketing/ International Business/ Engineering
