Opportunity Overview

This role focuses on the strategic development of our competency framework, ensuring a future-ready workforce through structured training programs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to drive organizational learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of governance structures for competency development, including steering committee discussions.
  • Establish a faculty team to deliver contextualized learning content.
  • Collaborate with in-house competency leads to develop health-tech competency frameworks for respective domain areas.
  • Determine competency requirements for professional groups, translating these into recruitment, development, and appraisal interventions.
  • Develop learning pathways based on established frameworks, outlining mandatory and recommended training programs.
  • Design and implement flagship programs using adult learning pedagogy and existing competency frameworks.
  • Work with business units to identify training needs, select suitable vendors, and support program implementation.
  • Conduct training programs, including group orientation and capability events.
  • Review and optimize training programs for effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information and Communication Technologies preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing competency-based learning frameworks is advantageous.
  • Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or other relevant certifications are beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to handle intense workloads, and project management expertise are essential.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to think ahead and manage evolving operational needs is vital.
