We have an opening for a Product PMO, Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Products, who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure in a hyper-growth environment in Singapore.

**What You'll Do**
- Strategic Partnership: trusted adviser who can be called on at any moment to provide support to the VP, Engineering. Build trust with VP, Engineering to enable her to focus on larger strategic initiatives for the Country Ops team.
- Project Management: Responsible for the timely and efficient execution of projects across the value chain, from strategy through to implementation. Integrate quickly into the organization to assess and unblock barriers which affect Country Ops teams.
- Optimisation of Budget and Resources: Drive resource planning and execution for optimum allocation of manpower, budget and assets across the Country Ops teams. Codify best practice and success models for rapid scaling as the company continues to expand into new markets globally.
- Relationship Building: Develop, manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to support planning and execution of strategic goals. Act as catalyst for effective alignment between groups - expose needs, interdependencies, limitations, constraints, and mitigate potential silo approaches.

**Who You'll Work With**
- Circles.Life VP, Engineering
- Key leaders across the Country Ops team, including Directors, Engineering Managers
- Key stakeholders in the broader Engineering department, including the CTO Office, and PMOs from various teams.
- Key stakeholders from Product, Growth, Marketing and other business verticals

**What We Are Looking For**
- Project Management/ Delivery experience: 6+ years of relevant experience working within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Handled and delivered complex tech projects, ideally within a heavily matrixed organization where s/he was able to demonstrate leadership and lead effectively via influencing.
- Demonstrable engineering acumen: degree/ background in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
- Previous experience in Management/Tech Consulting would be a plus
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
- Follow through on commitments: Lives up to verbal and written agreements
- Organization and planning: Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities for the business.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change, especially in a start-up environment.
