**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Planning & Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate lifting operations, including selecting appropriate lifting equipment and techniques.
- Assess the load, rigging methods, and environmental conditions to ensure safe lifting procedures.

**2.**Safety Management**:

- Supervise all lifting activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and MOM regulations.
- Conduct pre-lift safety checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments before commencing operations.

**3.**Operational Supervision**:

- Guide and oversee riggers, signalmen, and equipment operators during lifting operations.
- Ensure proper rigging, sling configurations, and load securing for all lifts.

**4.**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Verify and ensure compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records **of lifting plans, permits, and inspection reports.
**5.**Incident Management**:

- Address and resolve any safety concerns or operational issues on-site.
- Report and document any incidents, near-misses, or equipment malfunctions promptly.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret load charts, lifting plans, and risk assessments.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen challenges during lifting operations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments.
