**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all lifting activities comply with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly.
- Work with engineers and project managers to develop lifting plan that consider factors such as load weights, equipment selection, and site conditions.
- Review and approve lift plans submitted by crane opertaors or rigging teams.
- Oversee the inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Verify that all equipment used in lifting operations is in good working condition.
- Conduct risk assessmensts for lifting operations and implement identified risks.
- Ensure that lifting activities are planned and executed with safety as a top priority.
- Direct and supervise crane operators, riggers, and other personnel involved in lifting activities.
- Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
- Maintain effective coomunication with the crane operator, rigging teams, project amangers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide clear instructions and updates during lifting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including lift plans, safety inspections, and equipment certifications.
- Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for lifting accidents or equipment failures.
- Coordinate and respond to lifting-related emergemcies promptly.
- Provide training to lifting personnel on safe lifting practices, equipments operations, and emergency procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and ensure the team is up-to-date with relevant training.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to gurantee the reliability and functionality of lifting equipment.
- Identify opportunities for improving lifting processes, safety measures, and overall effieciency.
- Implement changes to enhance the ffectiveness of lifting operations.

**REQUIREMENTS
- Must hava a strong understanding of lifting equipment, safety protocols and the ability to manage and coordinate lifting activities effectively.
- Lifting Supervisor Course
- Advance Certificate in Lifting Operation Course.
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant legislation.
