Singapore TAT HONG PLANT LEASING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team on assembling/dismantling cranes as per the manufactory manual
- Ensure to follow strictly the Tat Hong and Clients safety standards
- Liaise with Fleet Department on any failure of the cranes
- Guide and train the operators to ensure the required skills is at the correct level
- Lead by example with discipline. Discipline the staff in compliance with the Company’s policies.
- Update and report all damages on the cranes on bi-monthly basis
- Guide client(s) on safe handling of the crane, if required
- Supervise all lifting activities to ensure all lifting team members follow the Lifting Plan, risk control measures and safe lifting procedures before the commencement of any lifting operation.
- Ensure that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation.
- Perform lifting operations, if required
- Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company due to operational needs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction site and coordination work
- Experience in crane related work preferred.
- Possession of a **Qualified Crane Erector**certificate is an added advantage

**Qualifications**:

- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Rigger Course Certification
- Signalman Course Certification
- Lifting Supervisor Safety Course Certification
