- Attends / conduct daily toolbox briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities on the project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order meet project deadline.
- Ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site.
- Responsible to organize, co-ordinate and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely.
- Responsible to conduct Risk Assessment with project team and client before major or complex lift and ensure documentation is file accordingly.
- Inspects/ Audit on lifting accessories ensure condition, validity and colour coding is updated accordingly.
- Checks and educate rigger and signal man, if necessary, in toolbox meeting or on-site with the properly lifting procedures
- Responsible for day-to-day activities on the project supervision and ensure assigned jobs

are carried out effectively and productively in order meet project deadline.

**Requirements
- A pass in Shipyard supervisor safety course and attended risk management course
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction of offshore platform industry.
- Knowledge in Lifting and Rigging / Good understanding of Lifting and C.G of item.
- Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.
