**Channel Sales Supervisor**
**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new channel sales opportunities
- Build brand loyalty and mindshare among channels and distribution partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pipeline information in CRM system
- Effectively present business cases and strategic insights to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers across accounts
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on product and project deliverables
- Promote new and existing product lines during client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the Product Management team
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to gain market share
- Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company health and safety standards
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the electrical, electronics, or building technology sectors
- Proven success managing channels and delivering results through channel partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Demonstrated experience in value-based and consultative selling
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the electrical, smart building, or infrastructure solutions industries
- Experience launching and promoting new product lines into distribution channels
