**As the Senior Director, Marketing - Coca-Cola & Breaks/Meet-ups reporting to the Coca-Cola Lead for ASP, your impact will stretch across borders, cultures, and markets. **Focus, Scope, & Impact**:

- Provide thought leadership to develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Coca-Cola Uplifting Breaks/Meet-ups for ASP, in order to deliver against overall brand vision and business objectives. This includes development of 24 month rolling calendar and resource allocation recommendations.
- Provides direct reports with leadership, clear direction/prioritization, and coaching to achieve work objectives, improve performance and skills, and develop career paths
- Directly manage key business projects, as aligned with Coca-Cola Lead for ASP, to help facilitate key stakeholder alignment and assist in the workload of team
- Inspire, engage & align ASP senior leadership on brand strategy and marketing programs with a strong ability to influence across and upwards with internal stakeholders, external agencies and our bottling partners.
- Work closely with the Global and regional Coca-Cola Lead to ensure clear alignment on the Brand Architecture, Positioning and global growth strategies.
- Identify new volume and profit growth areas across the full OBPPC spectrum by leveraging consumer research and collaborating with functional experts
- Develop and communicate written briefs and provide leadership to the Content and E2E teams
- Balance the adoption of big, scalable global ideas, amplified by regional/local ideas that drive engaging consumer experiences.
- Lead research projects and insight development based on both quantitative and qualitative research methods and synthesize the learnings into strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

**Experience**

8 or more years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal. Bachelor’s degree required. Multi-Geography experience or multi-country experience preferred.

**Work Focus**

Ability to develop and articulate multi-year strategic plan and annual business plan for their brand within the region. Develops a holistic picture of what is required to deliver these plans including alignment of key stakeholders across the value stream and making key decisions on resource needs/allocations.

**Communication Focus**
- Role frequently leads communications with both internal (e.g. global brand, Commercial, Supply Chain & Technical, customer/franchise teams) as well as external (e.g. bottler, customer, agency, supplier) partners
- Interactions include sharing relevant information on brand business plans, influencing others to take action in support, and negotiating components of said plans in order to enable desired outcomes
- Role interacts frequently (daily) with constituents (internal and external) that may not have completely aligned interests/ objectives
