**About The Role**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Promptly respond to inbound leads and quote requests.
- Identify potential needs, establish rapport, offer technical insights, provide explanations, and prepare quotations.
- Attain expertise in our product lineup, becoming a reliable source of information for clients seeking product details.
- Deliver solution presentations to potential clients.
- Skillfully manage renewal and "add-on" sales during customer renewals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate leads and focus on targeted accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Provide regular forecasts and updates to the management team via CRM and meetings.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oxygen Forensics products, services, and the digital forensics industry.
- Stay well-informed about the competitive landscape and effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services compared to competitors.
- Competently comprehend and execute RFP responses and workflows.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the full sales cycle, successfully generating new business for digital forensics, eDiscovery, cyber security solutions, or similar technologies.
- 2+ years of experience handling a dedicated sales quota, encompassing the full sales cycle from sourcing to closure, particularly in the Federal sector.
- Proficiency in a consultative sales process, demonstrating an ability to sell comprehensive multi-module solutions to enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in renewal sales management and "add-on" selling is a strong asset.
- Capability to execute a targeted go-to-market strategy and effectively prospect into various accounts.
- Previous engagement with Channel Partners, which may include Value-Added Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations in an individual-focused, quota-carrying role.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp new business and technical concepts.
- Balancing a competitive nature with collaborative teamwork.
- Experience with tools like SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, SalesForce, or Zoho is advantageous.
