**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine service visits to customer sites, assess system conditions, top up chemicals and adjust their dosages
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment and calibration work and
- Install / replace basic water treatment equipment
- Collect routine water samples for dispatch to own or external laboratories
- Carry out simple onsite analysis on water samples with field test kits
- Support external contractors on chemical flushing and equipment installation jobs
- Handle occasional chemical deliveries

**Requirements**:

- NITEC (NTC)/ITE and Diploma holders
- Must possess driving licence (Company van will be provided)
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required
- Able to handle moderate physical tasks as this job can be physically demanding
