
Office Operations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the brand ambassador for the office, managing guest reception and phone communications with excellent etiquette.
- Oversee office operations including pantry, meeting rooms, parking, and facilities management.
- Handle procurement, inventory, and upkeep of office supplies and equipment, processing invoices in coordination with Finance.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense claims for senior management.
- Support and execute employee engagement activities, corporate events, and town hall meetings.
- Assist in HR functions including new hire setups, uniform distribution, and training registrations.
- Uphold health and safety standards, serving as Fire Warden and First Aider, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service or office management.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional experience in related fields beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
