- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure that the company has the right talent in the right place at the right time.
- Partner with key business stakeholders on organisational design and planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Finance and People teams on headcount and budget planning
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Manages and facilitates the planning and allocation of workforce and headcount, including the change and communication process for headcount targets
- Leveraging data and reporting for headcount updates, headcount budgets and ensuring data driven decisions are being made by our leaders and partners
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models that can be used to forecast future talent needs.
- Provide inputs and advice to the leadership team on key issues (e.g. strategic initiatives, business priorities and major investments) based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Partner with People team and other stakeholders to ensure that workforce planning strategies are aligned with broader talent management initiatives
- Manages the People-related budget setting/review process including creation and monitoring of budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning and analytics.
**Qualifications**
- 7-10 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics or financial planning & analytics
- Financial planning and analyisis background a big plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, data studio ) and advanced Google sheets, Excel / Google-suite skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management principles, workforce trends and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
- A love for numbers and problem-solving, with strong ability to think creatively
- A natural team player who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Management and/or Strategy consulting experience is a big plus.
