Senior Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role in our Strategic Partnerships and Business Partnering (Medical) department.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business-as-usual operations while supporting strategic initiatives that propel growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to devise effective manpower planning strategies, guided by parameters for workforce transformation and productivity enhancement.
- Provide secretariat support for the NHG Medical Manpower Council, including member appointments, agenda setting, and outcome tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and committee work effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and outcome measurement.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
- Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders, including MOH officials and senior medical professionals.
