Perdaus is seeking a meticulous and driven **Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Finance**to lead full-spectrum financial operations and uphold the integrity and sustainability of our programmes and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full set of accounts, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee procurement, payment disbursements, and cash flow management.
- Track donations, grants, and campaign funds; support fundraising finance needs.
- Review financial systems and policies for continuous improvement.
- Supervise junior finance staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social service sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, audit compliance, and regulatory standards.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills in English and Malay.
