**The opportunity**:
Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professionals to lead our Sinagporean Financial Services sales initiatives. As the FSI Sector Sales lead, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets. This is a role for a strong hunter who can also farm existing accounts.
**Requirements**:
Typical responsibilities include: Working with Head of Sales, SME teams & APAC Alliances director to define and execute the sales strategy and go to market plan for the Australian financial services sector; consistently delivering against sales targets; contributing to the overall growth of the business; winning new logos and aggressively expanding our footprint with existing logos.
Our clients are International, and our employees are expected to react to demanding client needs and agendas, however, this role will be predominantly Singapore-based.
**You should have the following**:
- A good understanding of the key Singaporean financial services accounts
- A good understanding of FSI operational and buying processes
- Ideally, some experience of any of the following:
- Financial crime compliance
- KYC
- Credit Risk
- MDM
- Advanced analytics / big data
- Determination to succeed in challenging circumstances
- Ability to lead and grow effective sales teams
- Expertise working and solution selling within Singapore FSIs
- Ability to be an independent decision maker but equally is inclusive when evaluating options
- Ambitious and energetic with strong inter-personal skills
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
- Good team player, capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances
- Ability to spot market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively
- Ability to plan for the future
- Can perform effectively in complex and difficult environments
