The Account Lead is a key member of the account leadership team on our most strategic engagements and is responsible for the overall account strategy (together with the Head of Market Unit FSI) to sustainably grow the account. You will work closely with assigned Business Development/Sales Leads, Engagement Leads, Delivery Leads and Project Managers as well as our Engineering teams to deliver successful Solutions to your client(s).

The role sits within our Sales Excellence capability and aligns with our Banking /FSI Market Unit.

**Most important activities and responsibilities**:

- Owns the overall account P&L, client relationship and account growth strategy
- Builds network within account and hunts for new business
- Manages the buying centre of an account
- Demonstrates a coaching and leadership mindset with a client-centred Bias of Action
- Negotiates master/framework agreements

Ultimately, you play a large part in the success of our Singapore office. You ensure that customer satisfaction is extremely high and that growth & profitability goals are met, and you accomplish this by jumping in to assist and tackle anything and everything necessary. You are naturally entrepreneurial and thus a multi-faceted role like this is perfectly suited to your strengths.

**Your Talent.**
- You have at least 15 years of experience working in IT Services/Consulting, ideally within the Banking / FSI industry, with at least 5 years of experience in account management
- You have strong experience in being client-facing. Your experience also demonstrates a track record for strong sales and pre-sales experience as well as overseeing client engagements/projects
- You are exceptional in your ability to quickly develop strong, trusted relationships. You are highly skilled in adapting your communication style and you are genuinely interested and curious about our customers and their needs
- You have significant experience influencing C-Suite decision makers
- You have demonstrated strength in quickly understanding complex business problems and finding solutions to them
- You can think strategically and build out Account strategies, while also possessing the humbleness to do whatever is necessary to have the wider team be successful
- You hold strong leadership experience and values. You are seen as a role model who inspires confidence and empowers their team to do stunning work that they are proud of
- You have a strong understanding of the local market and landscape and are great at balancing professionalism with warmth and genuineness
- You hold a university degree, preferably in the business and/or technology field. You also have an attitude of continuous intentional learning and are regularly taking personal initiative to further develop your skills.
