Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Fund Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients
  • Prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations and reports
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reporting
  • Liaise with clients to ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
  • Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds
  • Strong accounting technical knowledge
  • Good communication and client servicing skills
