**Responsibilities**:

- Stay abreast of the new developments in the competitor space to maintain market leader position and also increase market share
- Develop Long Range Product Strategy and influence OEM to secure future product pipeline
- Oversee demand forecasting to ensure product strategy is implemented and products launched on time
- Be involved in Consumer Research together with Brand Marketing Teams to determine consumer trends and demands to support Product Strategy
- Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends
- Compile industry segment share reports and update competitor pricing
- Collaborating with OEM partners as Person in Charge on new car matters
- Support the team to develop and execute training curriculum for sales and marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic
- Be involved in Consumer Research together with Brand Marketing Teams to determine consumer trends and demands to support Product Strategy
- Support team for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, motor shows and other promotional activities
- Assist in new product introduction and release activities
- Undertake other duties or tasks assigned

**Job requirements**
- Degree qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant product and marketing work experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Good Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, good business acumen and the able to see and think from a strategic & operational perspective
- Passionate about cars, industry and product strategy and marketing work

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
