**Job Description**:

- Calls and screen prospective leads assigned in CRM and explain type of service or product offered.
- Informs customers and dealers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Follows up with customers and dealer to solicit sales.
- Prepares report on sales activities.
- Manage and follow through the entire sales process
- Maintain high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Familiar with CRM platforms and
- Ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- A good team player and able to handle urgent/ad-hoc request effectively.
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
- Excellent attention to detail, professional attitude and responsible.
