We are currently recruiting for a **Senior Digital Consultant **to join our Industrial Digital team. This position is a permanent role and is based in our Singapore Office, and will focus on industrial clients in Singapore and South East Asia.

**Responsibilities**
- As a Senior Digital Consultant, devise and deliver practical and affordable digital solutions to client problems
- Working with Beca technical specialists, lead the delivery of Beca’s emerging suite of digital products and services
- Lead the growth of digital products and services into existing and new customers and markets
- Provide ‘customer success’ support to Beca’s emerging digital product suite
- Deliver services using a variety of methods, techniques and tools such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases and scenarios
- Lead the development of pursuit plans, proposals and tender responses
- Lead the delivery of complex and challenging project assigning work, directing project outcomes and verifying work of other technical staff
- Work on projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets
- Support the development and design of new business and delivery models (including more digitally enabled services and extending existing service offerings)
- Present information professionally to ensure effective communication of project intent
- Work to achieve team goals through personal effort with regular attendance and effective contribution to team / project meetings
- Build strong client relationships based around understanding of clients’ needs and provision of appropriate solutions leading to continuing work and repeat business
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Respond to client enquiries about technical issues in a way that maximises understanding
- Effectively manage risk and the financial outcome of assigned projects
- Network in the industry and actively participate with industry and professional bodies
- Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members, managers and clients are consistently well informed

**Pre-requisites**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant technology, engineering or management specialisation
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering technology consulting projects, ideally for industrial clients
- Ideally, operational experience working in advanced manufacturing environments
- An understanding of digital technology adoption/transformation methodologies
- A grasp of emerging technologies of Industry 4.0; including Digital Twin, IIoT, XR, AI, ML, cloud computing, & BIM
- A good grasp of Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) or other similar awareness of industry technology adoption indices
- Solid understanding of the benefits, risks and typical costs of technology solutions
- Ability to conduct market research to identify technology trends and typical vendor solutions
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong requirements elicitation and problem skills
- Attention to detail and provide high-quality deliverables
- Highly collaborative and self-starter, proactive in keeping key stakeholders up to date with progress with little managerial supervision required
