Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.

We are looking for a dedicated Mantle Community member to join our team as a key facilitator for improving the Mantle Community experience. You will play a critical role in the community team by maintaining support and user feedback channels. In addition, you will support ongoing community and marketing campaigns to drive user engagement in Mantle channels, products, and campaigns.

**Your Role**:
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication and support between product teams, moderators, and the community.
- Systematically gather and organize user feedback to refine Mantle products and enhance user experience.
- Support ideation, review, publishing, and quality control for community quests and campaigns.
- Coordinate and disseminate announcements and updates across community channels.
- Propose and implement enhancements to community tools, programs, and events.
- Uphold community standards and moderation contributions in line with our Community Steward Program.

Additional moderation:

- Monitor and engage in Twitter feeds for tweets and replies that need a response.
- Moderate Reddit to reduce spam, answer questions, and start discussions.

**Your Craft**:

- Active participation and in-depth understanding of the Mantle community, its history, offerings, and future direction.
- A strong desire to grow and engage a broad community of web3 users and builders.
- Enthusiasm for the Ethereum L2 landscape
- Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities
- Experience working asynchronously with a distributed team
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with communication and writing skills.
- Multilingual capabilities are a valuable addition

How does this role differ from the standard Community Steward Role?
- Time Commitment: This role demands additional hours for managing multiple channels and specific responsibilities, including time-sensitive postings and weekly team meetings.
- Specific Deliverables: Beyond standard moderation and reporting, this role entails producing concrete deliverables such as content creation community announcements and maintaining critical support and feedback processes.
- Broader Channel Involvement: Responsibilities extend to maintaining active moderation on additional platforms like Twitter and Reddit, in addition to Discord and Telegram.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the Mantle Community experience, significantly impacting our user engagement and product evolution. Additionally, this role will allow you to grow and develop new skills related to web3 communities, marketing, and growth.
