**Asia Blockchain Association aims to be a beacon as an advocate of blockchain technology that encourages its members and the wider community to use blockchain and scalable technologies to accelerate growth and transformation. Headquartered in Singapore, serving nodes and chapters formation across Asia and Pacific region on a Decentralised Autonomous Organization format.**

**The Association is intended to serve as a useful forum for members to interact with a variety of stakeholders in order to seek advice and promote best practices in a collaborative, open, and transparent manner. With the vision of expanding blockchain knowledge and create a strong network in Asia for the digital economy.**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
Working closely with the secretariat leadership, panel of advisors and board members, handle the management of an association with the following aspects:

- Champion design and implement business strategies and plans to operationalize on business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives where expand membership benefits through corporate collaboration, business matching, joint programme development. local and global partnership
- Facilitate board and individual subcommittee meetings with minutes taking and milestone tracking. Summarise main ideas and findings from work through written, graphical or oral presentation.
- Drive initiative to enhance the communication within the team, e.g. team events, to enhance team cohesion and to establish good relationship within the team
- Generate proposal, quotation, invoice and other data entry work including bookkeeping and finance matters
- Business Management, Finance, Technology background students preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and leadership quality.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated individual which is able to work on projects with little supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation, training and consulting experience are plus point.

**This is a Singapore based full time position (not remote) and is only applicable to locals.**

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per month
