We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team As a Management Trainee, you will provide support to the senior management team in terms of developing all aspects of the business including the development and execution of business strategies and plans, operational role and in collaborating with overseas offices. In addition to the daily administrative tasks of the office, you will also assist in business related tasks for the team, and could be called upon to support the development, administration and promotion of other projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Management in daily executive and operational tasks, as well as office management.
- Assist in Human resource duties and accounting support.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Provide support to the senior management team including traveling to different offices and participating in meeting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Higher Nitec in Business or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for communications with Mandarin speaking business contacts)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
- Driven and focused, resourceful and detailed oriented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop self.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
