**Purpose and Accountabilities**
The Client Success Administrator is responsible for supporting the Learning Management System(s) and eLearning production for Alpha. You will be responsible for the technical and operational deployment, ongoing change management, and administration of the Alpha enterprise-wide learning management system.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations Support**
- Administer our relationship with the external technology supplier. Work with the provider to remain current on system specifications and updates.
- Coordination and delivery of custom portals for various client requirements.
- Assisting the programme managers with the coordination and onboarding of clients and end users to the bespoke portals. This includes the registration of learners and learner groups to the learning portal.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our Learning Management System which includes a clean-up of legacy learning assets and inactive users.
**Platform Support**
- Maintaining and improve the Alpha curated learning catalogue in partnership with the various product heads. The curated resources will map to our course directory.
- Work with the product heads to create e-learning which is accessible and engaging with videos, assessments and supporting materials for both internal and external (client) use.
- Recommend training solutions through personal experience and feedback from the clients to improve the current structure of offerings.
- Onboard our associate faculty to each client learning portal instance and ensure they are comfortable with all the assets available. Work with the DTP team to prepare and distribute participant training aids via the portal.
- Act as a point-of-contact for all portal requests and respond to queries in the team inbox.
**Measurement and Evaluation**
- Prepare, deliver and manage reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and future issues related to LMS data.
- Prepare, deliver and manage reports as requested from product and programme management departments or clients.
- Prepare and deliver all education-related compliance reports as requested.
- Ensure all training programmes developed work with the Learning Management System for reporting purposes.
- Maintain effective business practices in all areas of responsibility.
**Key technical skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications**
- Strong IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of having worked with an LMS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be an advantage.
- Experience of having worked with a wide range of people and on a wide range of projects.
- Positive and enthusiastic with an experience of having delivered a high-quality service.
- Experience with video editing / eLearning creation would be an advantage.
- Experience within a similar service industry would be an advantage.

Special Requirements - None
Contract Type - Permanent
Hours - Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Holidays - 25 days per annum
