**Executive, Client Services**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Client Services will assist in upholding excellent service levels to maximise client experience, so as to ensure client rebooks, and to grow the client portfolio of an established brand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining current clients and growing our customer base.
- Follow up on any leads and general enquiries, responding in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all opportunities are pursued and relationships cultivated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and lead regular ‘keep in touch’ client meetings.
- Sales administrative duties including contract negotiation, collections and after-sales
- service with the intention to provide a holistic customer experience for the sponsors / exhibitors (SPEX).
- Communicate Organiser’s requirements to SPEX (prospectus submissions, booth allocation, booth graphics, marketing materials, SPEX and customer registration etc.), including onsite SPEX management.
- Work with Sales Manager to execute and manage rebooking campaigns.
- On a weekly basis, report on enquiries received, lost and developed.
- Effectively collaborate with other internal departments including operations, marketing and finance to maximise client experience.
- Visit and canvass at competitor and industry events and develop a systematic understanding of ecosystem and monitoring of competitors.
- The duties of this post may require weekend, evening and night work and working public holidays to meet the needs of the agreed programme of events activities.
**Essential skills or Experience**
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the events industry.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the existing sponsorship clients
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Willingness to have fun and collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment
**Salary Range**
Basic salary starts at $2,800/-, commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance bonuses will range from $33,600/- to $56,000/- per annum.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
