We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to join our team.
- Able to provide essential admin support
- Manage office operations and assist day -day administrative functions.
- Passionate and creative individual with a positive attitude (keen to learn)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
- Value add to the services we provide to the client
- Assist client's general enquiries
- Organize and schedule appointments, trainings, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform cold calls.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
**Qualifications**:
- Polytechnic diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva, video editing, social media handling.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
