**Responsibilities**

2. Utilize software and hardware tools to optimise the security and performance of network and standalone systems and to diagnose and resolve problems affecting their performance efficiency.

3. Evaluate, recommend and execute changes to improve the availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency of the computer networks and systems.

4. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

5. Develop technical specifications and evaluate proposals as part of IT procurement.

6. Conduct inventory of computer hardware and software.

7. Responsible for the technical documentation & diagramming of networks and IT information for technical staff and user community.

**Requirements**:
1. At least a diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Windows Server, VMware and SAN technology.

3. Must be knowledgeable, with hands on experience in best practices related to management and monitoring of server infrastructure.

4. Knowledge of PowerShell, Python or other scripting languages for automation is a plus.

5. Highly competent in organising, prioritising and multitasking, with the ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.

6. Ability to effectively communicate technical information, in writing and verbally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
