Your Role:

  • Project Management- managing and monitoring the installation, configuration, testing of systems and infrastructure
  • Deploying and configuring the systems and infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability and security.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintaining strategies for security, backup, redundancy
  • Administration of windows servers and virtualization environments
  • Providing reports on project status, activities and achievements to upper management.
  • Ensure timely project delivery to customers
  • Product testing and evaluation
  • Identifying and resolving issues with systems, servers, storage, networks etc.
  • Produce technical documentation for implementation / UAT / Technical Manual
  • Attend to site installation, configuration & troubleshooting
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users and government agencies
  • Other duties assigned

About you:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / IT networking or any other relevant field of studies
  • Experience in Microsoft system, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware and IT network knowledge would be an advantage
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Display positive learning attitude and aptitude
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under stress and independently
