**Job Title **Administrative Associate (Training)
**Job Purpose and Content**
- Develop or oversee the production of handouts, instructional materials, aids and
manuals
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect current trend or
requirement
- Maintain training records through an internal tracking system
- Utilizing internal tracking system to ensure training records are up-to-date and accurate,
- including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets- Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system)
- to ensure instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available- Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members
- Prepare budgets for all training-related costs and provide expenditure reports as needed
- Handle general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollments, scheduling
- class time-table and locations, and sending invitation information to trainees- Prepare and conduct regular training status reviews and updates
- Responsible for maintaining training facility equipment, including stock replenishment
- (e.g., shoe covers, stationery)- Serving as a liaison for vendors and participants
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative role or training management is preferred
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
