
Manager, Human Resources Management

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources Management, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Management. You will also be supporting the VP, Human Resources in managing the company physical security.
**Responsibilities**
- Support management and employee actions by researching and analysing information and providing human resources advice and decisions to maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop, implement, communicate, and enforce policies and procedures, and streamline work processes.
- Develop, implement, and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, reward and recognition programmes,
- Provide advice to line managers on all compensation and benefits matters to support the achievement of business goals.
- Develop and review recruitment, selection and talent management policies and procedures in line with best practice and prevailing legislation to better attract, motivate and retain talents.
- Ensure compliance with labour law and company policies and procedures.
- Plan and manage human resources operations budget.
- Responsible for the physical security of the company premises.
**Requirements**:
- A degree from a recognised university
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with multiple levels in the organisation
- Strong leader with emphasis on empowering and developing others to achieve team success
