
Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to relevant key stakeholders
- Provide professional advice on the review and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning and recruitment strategies
- Review and implement policies, procedures and best practices in the HR function
- Support internal communication on implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to meet business growth and objectives
- Lead and strategize the recruitment team to support hiring activities to fulfil the manpower needs during the expansion phase
- Identify training needs and sourcing for relevant programs
- Oversee employee relations, employee engagement
- Handle employee performance issues and grievances
- Manage the annual performance management process from goal setting, performance reviews to performance distribution management
- Process monthly payroll, salary report preparation and statutory submissions (CPF)
- Provide other HR administration
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 - 8 years in human resource function, 3 years in managerial capacity
- Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations, current and emerging HR trends and practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, good interpersonal, conflict resolution skills, meticulous and analytical
