We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Human Resource professional to assist with our company's people operations. This individual should have a genuine interest in employee relations, talent management, and a strong understanding of local manpower regulations.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Work with unit leads to define hiring needs, manage the recruitment pipeline, and oversee a seamless onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
Performance Management: Partner with unit leads to manage employee performance, including KPIs, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Employee Relations & Welfare: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, and implement employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration & Compliance: Draft and update employment contracts, engagement letters, and other HR-related documents. Maintain a current understanding of local manpower laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Operations & Reporting: Create and maintain HR trackers for key metrics such as hiring pipeline, employee turnover, and performance data. Conduct annual budgeting exercises for HR-related costs with unit leads.
Ad-hoc involvement in projects that require HR-related leadership or support.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven track record of managing employee-related processes and handling confidential information.
Experience in dealing with people and operating independently.
Qualities & Attributes
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Empathetic, resourceful, and a keen problem solver.
Strong understanding of local manpower laws and regulations.
Organized, data-driven, and open to technology.
