My client is seeking a hands-on, dynamic HRM/HRBP to support the Head of HR. He/She will be supporting the Head of HR in all aspects of HR Management, Operations and HR strategies and should have strong business partnering experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a Business Partner and provide strategic HR advisory support in all HR matters
- Develop HR Team, continuous improvement of HR processes and workflow through technology or solutions
- Develop and implement systems, policies, processes and procedures that provide value-added business solutions that support high levels of employee engagement, productivity, service and operational performance and quality output to customers.
- Implement HR initiatives and programmes in the areas of workforce planning, performance management, talent management & succession planning to support business growth and objectives.
- Oversee employee relations, employee engagement & handle grievance matters accordingly.
- Manage the annual performance reviews and total rewards programs
- Involve in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide timely, accurate and relevant HR metrics and analytics reporting on a regular basis to support HR and business decisions.
- Responsible for HR communications - both in writing and presentation in policies, training materials as well as employee communications.
- Support the HOD in coordinating inputs and efforts across the regional countries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 8 to 12 years' of experience working in Human Resources including regional experience will be an added advantage
- HR Business Partnering experience handling the full spectrum of HR in terms of personnel cost budgets, workforce planning, talent management, learning & development, total rewards implementation and change management.
- With supervisory experience and able to mentor HR team
- Strong foundation in HR Operations to improve workflow and process
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English and computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
