- shift role (day/night)
- 12 hours (3 days off per week)
- Industry: Electronics/Electrical/Software System

Responsiblities
- Handle inbound call and provide info peraining to tasks allocated
- Manage feedback and resolve issues
- Prepare analysis reports and relay info to stakeholders in timely manner
- Able to liase with english and mandarin customers fluently
- Adhoc duties

Skillsets
- Relevant call centre experience are welcome to apply
- Good data entry and typing skills
- OJT provided
- Good working attitude and able to meet datelines
- Knowledge in admin and other clerical processes
